Load Rating

Structural mezzanine floors can be designed for any application, but the more common load ratings are as follows: -

Office Space 2.5-3.5 kN/m2
Light Storage 4.8 kN/m2
Heavy storage 7.2 kN/m2
Other floors may be designed to 10kN/m2 or above according to application.

Access

The number and type of access staircases, and their position will depend on a number of factors, including size and application of the floor.

We will draw up a plan of what we believe will work best with the space available to ensure that you get the most out of your new floor.
